We have learned many lessons in the years leading up to our planning process, and now is the time to re-invest in people, systems, tools, and program infrastructure – scaling up, out, and deep. We need to strengthen the operational infrastructure to support all areas of our work. Critically, we will prioritize supporting and developing the incredible program and administrative staff teams that make everything we do possible. Rooted in a renewed purpose, we will seek to embed our Vision, Mission and Values into action and activities across our Association. We want to understand better what we do, why we do it, and to improve – incubating good ideas and seeding innovation across all areas of work.
Objectives
Review our current operational and program structure to ensure we have the right complement of human resources.
Invest in the development of needed operational and programmatic systems, tools and planning processes including IT systems (hardware, software and expertise) and process automation.
Activate our values across everything we do.
Build a program planning and evaluation framework which includes data collection tools and supporting systems.
Renew, implement and monitor the Quality Framework that instills and supports high standards for programs and services.
Strengthen our ability to be the best employer possible and build the capacity of our staff teams to do their best work, fostering an intersectional feminist environment of support, care and accountability.
